A small oasis in the quiet outskirts of the village of Controguerra (Te) Italy, between the regions of Marche and Abruzzo.

A Country house set in a panoramic position which is beautifully furnished and decorated to a high standard. Giardino has a large country garden with barbeque for dinners in the open air. In the evening of spring and summer the garden has an efficient lighting system. 

Situated on the outskirts of the village of Controguerra (Teramo) Italy, between regions of Marche and Abruzzo, Giardino is set on an hill at the altitude
of 279mt.

The distance of the nearest Airport of Pescara where it is possible to hire a car for coming to our B&B Giardino, is about 50 miles - 65 km in Italy.

Accommodation

The house occupies two levels, with mini apartments inside, both of them supplied with heating , kitchen and fireplaces. They are usable only on agreements with the proprietor. The apartments are usable for job meetings, groups of friends and families. In this way the structure becomes ideal for tourists.

We have preserved the whole of the old walls and ceiling in the living room and in lunch room, also the original old furniture in country style in some of the rooms and the breakfast hall.

Other facilities

We also offer camping for campers and tents. It is also possible to use the kitchen on agreements with the proprietor.

There is a large area for car parking which is completely enclosed. 

Prices of Bed and Breakfast "Garden" Agritourist are the following Minimum/Maximum

Single room with bathroom:-          22/28 euros per night

Double room with bathroom:-        42/52 euros per night

Triple room with bathroom:-          59/69 euros per night

Quadruple room with bathroom:-  69/79 euros per night

Each Bed 10 euros

Italian breakfast included in the price.

To stay one night expected increase of 3 euros.
MAXIMUM Rates are scheduled in the summer and periods of holidays' in
general.
All solutions include breakfast Italian.
All rooms have a private bathroom.
A group of at least 6 people, and children FROM 3 UNTIL
6 years, granting 50% discount. Children UNDER 3 years are welcome
guests.
Applies 10% discount for stays of long periods of at least 6 nights.

Most important tourist attractions are:-   The town of Alba Adriatica Beach (9km)

The town of San Benedetto Beach (14km)

The town if Ascoli Piceno, one of the main historical cities and for artistic values, specially about the medieval times(14km)

The town of Civitella del Tronto (15km) which was built at the altitude of 600 mt (18km)

The Piselli mountain at the altitude of 1200 mt (18km)

The Gran Sasso D'Italia mountain, 15km (to reach by motorway)

The National Park of Abruzzo, where there are the typical Italian wolves and bears.

In the area of 5-8km there is the Acquapark Onda blue of Tororeto, a large shopping  centre, riding school, sport, fishing and tennis courts.

The area is full of authentic restaurants and inns and for a small prices offer speciality food and famous wines of the region like Montepulciano D'Abruzzo, Trebbiano and Rosso Piceno.

How to get here

By motorway (A/14) coming from south, Val Vibrata exit (the first after Giulianova) -  coming from north (always A/14) Val Vibrata exit (the first after San Benedetto).
